MEETING MINUTES/RESOLUTION

A General meeting was convened on the 4t^of September 2019 at 5 p.m at the residence of Mr. Nouneselhou Kire in Tenyiphe 1, Dimapur Nagaland. The main objective of the meeting was to form an educational foundation/society to manage, promote and to facilitate educational need for the general public with the state of art facility and to also to provide a quality care learning centre for the community.

The members present in the meeting came to a consensus and express their unanlmous intention to work together in good faith and dedicatI on to establish and manage co-educational institution. In the meeting, it was resolved that the name of the society will be ” SHEM EDUCATIONAL SOCIITY”. The name was accepted by all, and the following resolution was passed.
