ARTICLE - 4 FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES
(a) It shall be the fundamental duty of every board/executive/general member to safeguard the interest of the society and honor its principles.
(b) To promote and contribute through active participatory role toward the welfare in the management of school and toward all round development of the undertaking educational institution in particular.
ARTICLE - 5 JURISDICTION
The area of operation of Shem Educational society shall be primarily confined to the undertaking institution within Diphupar, under Dimapur District in the state of Nagaland.
ARTICLE — 6 SCHOOL MANAGEPIENT COMMITTEE
(a) There shall be a school managing committee comprising of six members.
1. Convener
2. Secretary
3. Advisor
4. Ex-officio Member
5. Member (Parent Representative 1)
6. Member (Parent Representative 2)
7. Member ( 2 Teachers)
(b) The school management committee members shall be nominated by the Governing Board.
(c) The school management committee shall include two parents as representative nominated from amongst the student's parents whose children are studying in the school.
